recommendation of the Planning and Special Issues Subcommittee, certified a Land Use Plan
for the Town of Morehead City.
On the
recommendation of the Planning and Special Issues Subcommittee, certified a Land Use Plan
for the Town of Calabash.
On the
recommendation of the Planning and Special Issues Subcommittee, certified a Land Use Plan
for the Town of Shallotte.
Granted a variance
to Marsh Barbour Resorts LLC of Brunswick County, who sought relief from the commission’s
rules regarding permit renewals, which require “substantial development” on the
project in order to issue a renewal.
