The N.C. Coastal Resources Commission has scheduled a public hearing at 4 p.m. June 16 for the following proposed rule changes:

• 15A NCAC 7H .0205 Coastal Wetlands

• 15A NCAC 7H .0309 Use Standards For Ocean Hazard Areas

• 15A NCAC 7B .0901 CAMA Land Use Plan Amendments

The hearing will be held at the state Division of Coastal Management office at 400 Commerce Avenue, Morehead City, N.C. 28557. Comments on the proposed rule changes will be accepted through July 31. Written comments may be sent to the Division’s director, Jim Gregson, at the Morehead City office.
