N.C. Coastal Resources Commission Cancels Sept. 2 Sandbag Workshop Due to Storm Threat

RALEIGH – Due to the threat of severe weather from Hurricane Earl, the N.C. Coastal Resources Commission has decided to cancel a Sept. 2 workshop intended to discuss the current status of rules governing sandbag use on the N.C. oceanfront.
